The Transitional Housing Program (THP) is designed to assist homeless, Spanish-speaking adult males who are seeking long-term recovery. The THP team is comprised of a Team Leader, a Recovery Coach, a Housing Specialist, and a Peer Mentor. The Peer Leader group is directed by past participants. This unique program helps its residents develop and use skills needed for employment. Participants engage in education, training, and addiction treatment. Along with staff, participants create and implement housing and recovery plans. THP staff and participants are involved in community initiatives and events that focus on advocacy and empowerment.
