Assessment and Referral

HAS is committed to providing individualized care to everyone we serve. Our comprehensive clinical assessment identifies each participant’s service needs, treatment goals, and treatment barriers. Also included are Risk Assessments for domestic violence, trauma, and breast/prostate cancer as applicable. We collaborate with a wide network of community partners and make referrals to other providers as needed. Most services at HAS are offered in both English and Spanish. All services are provided in a caring, supportive, culturally competent environment and are completely confidential.

We accept Private Health Insurance, Medicaid (including All Kids), and Self-Pay. Services are offered on a Sliding Fee Scale (based on one’s ability to pay).
