H.A.S. In The Workplace
HAS believes that good behavioral health is important not only for individuals, but for the well-being of the community as a whole. In the workplace, behavioral health issues including mental illness, substance abuse, and domestic violence or other family problems can interfere with attendance, concentration, quality of work, and workplace morale. HAS can help: we provide quality services to employers who participate in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We offer confidential assessments, referrals, and counseling services to employees referred through EAPS. We also provide manager training on employee supervisory functions and information on how to access EAP services. In addition, we can offer employee wellness seminars and critical incident stress debriefing services. All EAP services are completely confidential and are provided in both English and Spanish. HAS staff includes Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAPs). We are affiliated with the Northern Illinois Employee Assistance Professionals Association (NIEAPA) and the national Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA).
