Eighty-seven percent of participants who complete the program receive a job, and 95 percent receive an interview.
The program features six weeks of classroom instruction covering appearance, resume development, cold-calling, interviewing, and follow-up, followed by six weeks of employment service follow-up.
The training is open to young men and women who are over 18 years of age and currently on parole. Participants who complete the program receive a $150 stipend and a bus card.
